Procedure 1: First-Time Customer Experience

  1. Initial Lookup: Greet the customer and ask for their 10-digit phone number to see if they are in the system.
  2. New Member Signup: If the app displays a "Customer not enrolled" message, inform the customer and point them to the QR code to sign up.
  3. Complete Their First Transaction: After they've signed up, enter their phone number again to find their new account and proceed.

Procedure 2: Returning Customer Experience

  1. Member Lookup: Enter the customer's 10-digit phone number to load their profile.
  2. Enter Order and Apply Rewards: Input the pre-tax total. Ask if they want to redeem points and check for the review bonus if applicable.
  3. Finalize the Visit: Confirm the "Net to charge" with the customer and press "Finalize visit".

Points System Rules & Details

  • Earning: 1 point for every $1 spent on pre-tax totals.
  • Redeeming: 100 points = $5.00 discount.
  • Points have no cash value.

Customer doesn't know if they are a member? Always use the lookup tool first.
